Darren Donovan currently serves as an independent board director. He is a retired Big Four partner with over 35 years of professional experience. He last served in the role of managing partner of KPMG LLP’s Boston major market. Previously as an Advisory Services partner, he provided expertise to major financial companies in the areas of regulatory compliance, enterprise risk management, and fraud & misconduct investigative services.

He earned his bachelor’s degree from Suffolk University in Boston, and his MBA from Baruch College’s Zicklin School of Business in New York.
