Richard serves as the EY Miami Office Managing Partner leading more than 700 professionals across EY’s service lines of assurance, consulting, strategy and transactions, and tax services. In this role, he is responsible for equipping EY’s professionals with the resources and insights they need to serve clients with distinction. He also oversees the firm’s recruitment and community engagement efforts, while helping to expand the EY brand in the market.    

In addition to the Managing Partner role, Richard’s expertise is as a tax professional that develops and leads globally-integrated teams to bring innovative, value-add solutions to his multinational clients across a multitude of sectors.

Having spent eight years as an international tax subject-matter specialist, Richard has experience with issues facing both US and non-US multinational corporations in both US inbound and outbound contexts.

He has directly led the planning and execution/implementation of complex international reorganizations requiring significant analysis of cross-border multi-jurisdictional matters.
