Executive Leadership Experience
Patti Humble is an experienced global executive with 30 years’ experience at a Fortune 50 company. Her value centers on areas of strategy, transformation, risk management, regulatory compliance, M&A, international markets, and supply chain. As Chief Accounting Officer of UPS, a $91B public company, Patti led global accounting and financial governance activities for one of the world’s largest transportation and logistics companies. Her responsibilities included SEC reporting, global controllership, financial forecasting, investor support, shared services operations, internal controls, capital allocation support, and enterprise transformation initiatives.
Throughout her career, Patti advised executive leadership on enterprise risk, strategic planning, business continuity, organizational redesign, and crisis management, including during periods of rapid growth, pandemic response, and workforce restructuring. Patti played a leadership role in integrating five acquired companies representing more than $1.5B in transaction value while helping establish scalable processes, controls, and operational integration frameworks. Successful financial integrations enabled the capture of expected synergies. She co-led UPS’s largest Oracle Cloud ERP implementation and digital transformation initiative, overseeing a multi-year modernization effort involving operational redesign, process standardization, and enterprise-wide technology transformation. Her global experience also includes launching shared service centers in Singapore and Dublin to support financial operations across more than 20 countries.
