The NACD Private Company Steering Committee guides our strategic effort to strengthen private company governance through peer-driven insights and engagement. Composed of distinguished directors from a wide range of private companies across the country, the committee ensures that NACD members benefit from high‑quality content and dynamic, interactive events.
Members serve one‑year terms and meet quarterly—bringing NACD’s “by directors, for directors” philosophy to life by delivering practical resources that elevate board leadership across the private sector.
