Mohamed Younis is Senior Vice President of Content at NACD, where he leads the organization’s research, education, editorial, and thought leadership strategy. He oversees NACD’s content platform across governance research, director education, Blue Ribbon Commission initiatives, and member-facing insights, helping shape the organization’s voice on board leadership and corporate governance.

Prior to joining NACD, Younis served as Partner and global head of research for Brunswick’s global public opinion, market research, and analytics function, advising clients on geopolitical trends, policy, reputation, and strategic communications.

Earlier in his career, Younis spent 16 years at the global analytics and advisory firm Gallup, where he led major global and regional studies on political, economic, and social trends. He later served as Gallup’s Editor-in-Chief, overseeing US polling, including presidential approval tracking, as well as the company’s global content and media strategy.

Throughout his career, Younis has advised leading private- and public-sector organizations on strategy, reputation, leadership, and stakeholder insights. He has also led consulting and editorial teams delivering data-driven analysis and strategic counsel to executives and institutions worldwide.
