As Senior Vice President of Human Resources, at National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD), Marian Stevens leads the organization’s people and culture strategy, including talent management, leadership development, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness.

Ms. Stevens is an accomplished human resources executive with more than 30 years of experience leading transformational people strategies across financial services, technology, and professional services organizations. Prior to joining NACD, she served as Chief Human Resources Officer for the Federal Home Loan Banks Office of Finance, where she led Human Resources, Communications, and Facilities and partnered closely with executive leadership and the Board of Directors on talent, succession planning, organizational design, and leadership development initiatives.

Ms. Stevens holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from George Mason University and a master’s degree in human resources management from American University. She has also completed executive leadership programs focused on organizational development and strategic talent management and is a certified AI HR professional.
