Yvonne Wassenaar is a public- and private-company board director and former technology CEO. She serves on the boards of Arista Networks, JFrog, Rubrik, and Braze, as well as private companies Alation, Infoblox, and Finout. Across her governance experience, she has served on and chaired committees, including nominating and governance, audit, and compensation. A recognized voice on AI innovation and cybersecurity governance, she has led companies through IPOs, acquisitions, and transformations, and is a senior advisor to several venture and private equity firms.

Previously, Wassenaar was CEO of Puppet and Airware, CIO and SVP of Operations at New Relic, a senior leader at VMware, and an Accenture partner. Her past board service includes Anaplan, MuleSoft, Forrester Research, Isovalent, and Bitium. An emeritus trustee of Harvey Mudd College and current board advisor to UCLA Anderson's Easton Center, she holds a BA and MBA from UCLA and is a Silicon Valley Woman of Influence.
