Vito Sperduto is the head of RBC Capital Markets US and CEO of RBC Capital Markets, LLC. He works closely with the firm’s global business heads to drive strategy, growth, and collaboration across all of RBCCM's businesses. Sperduto has more than 35 years of investment banking experience and has advised on over 200 transactions valued at more than $250 billion. Prior to his current role, he was the global head of mergers and acquisitions, responsible for the firm's overall M&A efforts across all sectors. He has extensive experience advising clients in the industrial, aerospace and defense, communications, media and entertainment, technology, business services, and consumer sectors.Sperduto is a member of RBC's Global Capital Markets Operating Committee and US Executive Committee. He serves on the boards of the RBC Foundation USA, the RBC Capital Markets US Foundation, Play Rugby USA, and DREAM Charter Schools. He earned an AB from Harvard University.
