Boards: RTX, Citizens Financail

Tracy Atkinson serves on the boards of RTX (formerly Raytheon Technologies) and Citizens Financial Group and previously served on the boards of US Steel and Affiliated Managers Group. She chairs RTX’s Human Capital & Compensation Committee and Citizens’ Audit Committee.

Before her retirement,  Atkinson was an executive vice president at State Street Corporation, where she held several senior finance and risk management positions, including chief administrative officer. She started her career at PwC, where she was a partner in the firm’s audit practice. She later joined MFS Investment Management as chief risk and new product development officer and later served as CFO and treasurer of MFS’ fund complex.

Atkinson holds a BS in accounting from the University of Massachusetts and serves on the boards of The Arc of Massachusetts and the New England chapter of NACD.
