Ted Dysart has placed more than 600 executives on the boards of Fortune 500, mid-cap, and private companies. His consultative approach focuses on helping boards with long-term leadership development, CEO succession, and board succession planning.

Dysart serves on the board of Chief Executives for Corporate Purpose (CECP) and as a guest lecturer at George Washington University, Northwestern University, the University of Georgia’s Terry College of Business, and the University of Chicago. He has been quoted in The New York Times, USA Today, The Wall Street Journal, and CNN as well as other local and regional papers. BusinessWeek ranked him one of the 150 most influential headhunters and Executive Search Review named him one of six “executive recruiters to watch.”He has been recognized eighteen times in the NACD Directorship 100.

Dysart holds a bachelor’s degree in management information systems from Worcester Polytechnic Institute.
