Suzanne Nimocks serves on the boards of Owens Corning, Brookfield Infrastructure Partners, and RockPoint Gas Storage. At Owens Corning, she served as lead independent director, chair of the nominating and governance committee, and chair of the finance committee. She served on the board of Ovintiv (formerly Encana) for 15 years, chairing the Corporate Responsibility and Governance and Human Resources and Compensation Committee. She is also a former director of ArcelorMittal, Valaris plc, and Axip Energy Services. Nimocks has led CEO succession planning and board refreshment processes for multiple boards.

A former senior partner at McKinsey & Company, she advised clients across the globe on strategy, corporate finance, M&A, business building, operations, and risk management and served as managing partner of the firm’s Houston office. Nimocks is a trustee ofTexas Children’s Hospital and is past chair of the Houston Zoo Board.
