Board: IMA Financial Group

Spence Hoole is president of retail insurance and a board member of IMA Financial Group, where he runs IMA's retail insurance operations, including property and casualty, employee benefits, and shared services.

In 2001, Hoole cofounded Diversified Insurance Group. Over the next two decades, Diversified became one of the fastest-growing insurance brokers in the Intermountain West and was acquired by IMA Financial Group in 2021. Since that partnership, IMA’s Salt Lake City office has doubled in size under his leadership.
