Shawn Henry serves on the boards of CLEAR Secure, Inc. (NYSE: YOU) and  Our Rescue, a 501(c)(3) organization. He is executive advisor to the CEO and founder of CrowdStrike (NASDAQ: CRWD), where he previously served as chief security officer from 2012 to 2025 and president of services from 2012 to 2022.

Before joining CrowdStrike, Henry spent 24 years with the Federal Bureau of Investigation, retiring as executive assistant director of the Criminal, Cyber, Response and Services Branch, one of the FBI's top five executive positions. His prior board and advisory service includes the Global Cyber Alliance, Shoulder Up Acquisition Corp., Hofstra University's School of Engineering and Applied Science, and the NACD faculty. Henry has twice been named to the NACD Directorship 100 and in 2025 was inducted into the Chief Security Officer Hall of Fame.
