Shannon Scully is chief of staff at Global Guardian, a duty of care and integrated security services firm supporting Fortune 1000 corporations, families, and organizations operating in complex environments worldwide. She works alongside CEO Dale Buckner across business development, marketing, finance, and operations, driving execution on company-wide priorities.

Scully joined Global Guardian in 2018 as head of marketing, where she spent eight years building the company's brand and market presence. Previously, she served as vice president of marketing at The Bay Club Company and founded Footprint MKTG, a consultancy advising clients across hospitality, wellness, travel, leisure, and sport. She specializes in the intersection of operations, marketing, and sales, and building infrastructure to scale. Scully holds a BA from the University of California, Berkeley.
