Sean Aggarwal is chairman of the board of Lyft and its founding investor, working closely with the cofounders to help scale Lyft from an idea to a $2 billion IPO. He also serves on the boards of Arlo, a home security company, and Thumbtack, a local services marketplace. Aggarwal previously served as CFO of Trulia, where he led the company’s IPO and managed its $3.5 billion acquisition by Zillow. Earlier in his career, he held finance roles at Amazon, PayPal, and eBay. He began his career in investment banking with Merrill Lynch in New York. Aggarwal is also chairman of Borderless AI, a software company he cofounded in 2022.

Across his career, he has combined operational, financial, and board leadership experience with a track record of helping technology companies scale, navigate strategic transactions, and create long-term shareholder value.
