Rod Cotton is a board director and venture partner whose current board and advisory roles include Castle Biosciences (Nasdaq: CSTL), where he serves on the Audit and Compensation Committees; Eisai Pharmaceuticals (US); Moleculera Biosciences; General Genomics; Community Health Network, where he serves as board secretary and governance committee chair; The Just Society; and The Termeer Institute. Across these roles, he champions strategic growth and governance in the biotech and health tech sectors.

Cotton also serves as CEO of Cotton Ventures, LLC, where he advises mid-cap to micro-cap companies and VC-backed healthcare startups on how to scale, transform culture, and meet investor expectations.

Cotton previously held leadership roles at Roche Diagnostics, GlaxoSmithKline, and Baxter International.
