Robin Ferracone serves on the board of directors of TWFG, Inc., where she chairs the compensation committee, and on the board of 50/50 Women on Boards. She is also a trustee emeritus of Duke University and a member of NACD, Women Corporate Directors, YPO Gold, and The Trusteeship.

Ferracone is founder and chief executive officer of Farient Advisors, an independent executive compensation, performance, and corporate governance consultancy. With more than 30 years of experience advising boards and senior executives, she is a recognized authority on executive compensation, talent strategy, governance, and performance alignment. She is the author of Fair Pay, Fair Play: Aligning Executive Performance and Pay. Previously, Ferracone served as president of Mercer’s Human Capital business and chairman of the US West Region for Marsh & McLennan. She also cofounded SCA Consulting.
