Richard K. Davis is the former president and CEO of Make-A-Wish America and former executive chairman and CEO of U.S. Bancorp. He joined U.S. Bancorp and its predecessor organizations in 1993, becoming CEO in 2006 and chairman of the board in 2007. Earlier in his career, he held senior leadership positions at Bank of America and Security Pacific Bank.

Davis currently serves on the boards of Mastercard, Mayo Clinic, Dow Chemical, Wells Fargo, and Scholars of Finance. His career reflects a commitment to leadership, governance, and service across the business and nonprofit sectors. He has been recognized as American Banker's "Banker of the Year" and received the President's Lifetime Volunteer Service Award.
