Nichole Jordan serves on Grant Thornton's National Leadership Team and is regional managing partner for the firm's Texoma region. She leads talent development, market strategy, and client service across the region and advises large, complex organizations on growth, governance, and business transformation.

Jordan has held a range of leadership positions at Grant Thornton, including national managing partner of the Banking and Securities industry and national managing partner of Markets, Clients and Industry. She also served on the firm's Partnership Board after being elected by its partners and principals. 
She brings extensive governance experience, advising boards and executive teams on oversight, risk, fiduciary responsibilities, and enterprise decision-making. For more than a decade, she has served as executive sponsor of Grant Thornton's strategic relationship with NACD and is a frequent speaker on governance and economic trends. Jordan has served on more than a dozen boards, including the Consumer Technology Association Audit Committee, the Private Directors Association, and the Institute for Excellence in Corporate Governance.
