Matt Turner is president of executive compensation consulting at Pearl Meyer where he oversees the compensation practice, ensures alignment with client service commitments, and fosters the development of consultants at various career stages. As a senior client advisor, he counsels boards and senior management on executive compensation strategy, incentive plan design, performance measure selection, and shareholder-focused performance objectives.

Turner speaks and leads workshops on compensation and performance measurement for NACD, the Conference Board, WorldatWork, the American Management Association, the Society for Human Resource Management, and Financial Executives International.​
