Matt Fawcett is chief legal officer for DXC Technology. He serves as principal counsel and advisor to senior leadership and the DXC board of directors. He has global responsibility for all legal, privacy, contracting, mergers and acquisitions, litigation, and compliance activities, as well as government and regulatory affairs.
