Leslie Goldman Tepper is an experienced private and public company director, corporate lawyer, and investor with a track record of helping companies grow, scale, and prepare for the public markets. She serves as lead independent director of Deep Isolation Nuclear, where she chairs the Compensation Committee and serves on the Audit and Nominating & Governance Committees. She also chairs the Nominating & Governance Committee of Deep Fission and serves as a director and Audit Committee member of Titan Acquisition Corp. Her board experience spans companies at critical stages of development, from emerging growth businesses to organizations navigating public-company readiness, capital markets, governance, and the demands of operating as a public company.

Earlier in her career, Tepper spent more than 25 years as a corporate lawyer and senior legal executive and later co-founded The Artemis Fund, an early-stage venture capital firm.
