Board: All Stars Project

Krista Parsons leads Deloitte's Global & US Audit Committee Program, working with boards and audit committees to strengthen governance practices and oversight effectiveness. She is an audit and assurance managing director with Deloitte & Touche LLP and a member of Deloitte's Center for Board Effectiveness.

For nearly 15 years, Parsons has advised audit committees, boards, and senior executives on governance responsibilities, emerging risks, and boardroom leading practices. She also leads the Audit Committee Lab program, helping committees and committee chairs sharpen priorities during periods of transition.

Parsons is a licensed CPA and serves on the advisory board of the New York All Stars Project. She is a published author and speaks regularly at governance conferences.
