Kevin M. Fogarty is a public company director and former chief executive with more than three decades of leadership experience in the global chemicals and materials industries. He currently serves as nonexecutive chair of both Magnera Corporation (NYSE: MAGN) and Ecovyst Inc. (NYSE: ECVT).  
Fogarty served as president, chief executive officer, and director of Kraton Corporation (formerly NYSE: KRA) from 2008 until its sale to DL Chemical in 2022. Prior to Kraton, he spent 14 years with the Koch Industries family of companies in senior leadership positions, including president of polymers and resins at INVISTA.

Throughout his career, he has developed extensive experience in global manufacturing and operations, strategic planning, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, risk management, and public company leadership. He holds a bachelor of science in Metallurgical Engineering from Dalhousie University.
