Kerry Cooper is an experienced public-company board leader, former CEO and operating executive, and investor whose work spans energy, technology, consumer, and retail. She serves as chair of PG&E Corporationand Mozilla Corporation and lead independent director of Upstart (NASDAQ: UPST), where she also chairs the compensation committee. She serves on the board of Mozilla's 501(c)(3) and is a venture advisor at Acrew Capital and an active angel investor.

Previously, Cooper was president and COO of Rothy’s and CEO of Choose Energy, a Kleiner Perkins-backed energy marketplace. Earlier executive roles included COO and CMO of ModCloth, CMO and VP of global ecommerce at Walmart.com, and SVP at Levi Strauss & Co. Her prior board experience includes Fictiv, BevMo!, Gradient, Choose Energy, and Weddington Way.

Cooper holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BS in mechanical engineering from the University of Texas at Austin.
