Julie Greiner Weiser chairs the board of Goodwill Industries South Florida, a $200 million social enterprise that trains, places, and employs people with federally identified disabilities and others facing barriers to employment. The organization  
employs 3,000 people across enterprises that include retail stores and donation centers, e-commerce, an apparel manufacturing facility serving the US military, medical laundry, custodial services, and third-party logistics. 
Weiser brings more than 40 years of retail leadership experience to her nonprofit and civic work.

She previously served as chief merchandise planning officer of Macy’s Inc., CEO of Macy’s Florida, and executive vice president and director of stores of Bloomingdale’s. Her board service has included leadership roles with Girls Inc., the Miami Dade College Foundation, and the Fashion Institute of Technology Foundation. Her career reflects a sustained commitment to organizational excellence, workforce development, and community impact.
