John Rodi is a senior audit partner and the co-leader of KPMG’s Board Leadership Center. In this role, John leads a team with deep expertise in corporate governance that provides insights on the most challenging issues facing board members today, delivers distinct programming in the governance space, and publishes timely thought leadership on emerging issues. Rodi is a frequent speaker on board governance and audit committee issues.

In his more than 30 years with KPMG, he has served clients in Milwaukee, New York, Chicago, Tampa, Memphis, and London, including as signing partner for several of KPMG’s largest financial services clients.
