John Bremen is  chief innovation and acceleration officer at WTW, where he helps organizations navigate issues related to people, risk, capital, AI, andemerging technologies.

He brings more than 30 years of experience in human capital, risk, innovation, and business transformation.

Bremen has operated ten-digit global corporate P&Ls, founded a technology start-up, and spent 25 years at WTW—a period spanning the company's growth from a market cap of $700 million to over $30 billion. Before joining WTW, Bremen worked at The Walt Disney Company's business incubator, was a partner at the Center for Workforce Effectiveness, and started his career at Johnson & Higgins’ Sibson Consulting.

A three-time NACD Directorship 100 honoree, Bremen is a frequent author, speaker, and contributor to Forbes and other media outlets.

He holds an MBA. and a BA from Northwestern University. He is active in his community and serves on a number of industry, community, and advisory boards.
