Boards: Global Foundries, Xanadu Quantum Technologies

Glenda Dorchakas served on the board of Global Foundries since 2019 where she chairs the nominating and governance committee and is a member of the audit and risk committee. She has served on the board of Xanadu Quantum Technologies since 2026 as lead independent director and chair of the compensation and nominating and governance committee. Until its acquisition in July 2025, Dorchak served on the ANSYS board, chairing nominating and governance, and serving on the audit and strategic committees. She also served on the board of Wolfspeed from 2020 to 2025, chairing Compensation and nominating and governance.

Overall, Glenda has served on nine public boards including as CEO of Value America and Instrinsyc Software, four private boards, including Cerebras, and several non-profit boards, including the San Jose Museum of Art where she was awarded the Visionary award for her work as president. She began her career at IBM and went on to hold corporate executive positions with Intel Corporation and Spansion.
