George Vradenburg serves as chairman of the Davos Alzheimer’s Collaborative, a coalition focused on driving global scientific, business, policy and financial coordination in Alzheimer’s preparedness, co-convened in 2020 by the Global CEO Initiative on Alzheimer’s Disease (CEOi) and the World Economic Forum. In this role, Vradenburg provides general oversight and advocacy and works to ensure the collaborative remains sustainable and action-oriented.

Vradenburg is the chairman and cofounder of UsAgainstAlzheimer’s (UsA2), an organization dedicated to increasing funding for Alzheimer’s and dementia research. In 2011, the US secretary of health and human services appointed Vradenburg to the Advisory Council on Alzheimer’s Research, Care, and Services, established under the nation’s first National Alzheimer’s Strategic Plan.

Vradenburg earned a BA from Oberlin College and a JD from Harvard Law School.
