Frank R. Martire is cofounder of Bridgeport Partners, a New York-based investment firm founded with his son in 2019. He is also the former executive chairman of NCR Corp., where he served from 2018 to 2023.

Prior to NCR, Martire served as nonexecutive chairman, executive chairman, president, and CEO of Fidelity National Information Systems (FIS). Earlier in his career, he was CEO of Metavante and held senior leadership positions at Call Solutions Inc. and Fiserv.

Martire is former chairman of the board and current trustee of Sacred Heart University. He also serves on the boards of Jacksonville University, Cannae (NYSE:CNNE), CSI, and the Folded Flags Foundation, and is a member of the Mayo Clinic Leadership Foundation.

Martire holds a master's degree in finance from the University of New Haven and a bachelor’s degree in economics from Sacred Heart University.
