Frank L. Kurre is a managing director at Protiviti with more than 40 years of consulting experience in governance, risk, internal audit, compliance, strategy, technology, controls, analytics, financial reporting and forensic auditing. He leads Protiviti’s global board governance, CEO and alumni programs and oversees services to three of the world’s largest private equity firms. He also supports the CEO on strategic projects. 
Kurre has advised global financial services, private equity, Fortune 1000, Russell 1000, and Russell 2000 companies. He serves on the St. John's University Board of Trustees and on the Board of Directors of the Pontifical Mission Societies USA and Smile Farms. Previously, he served on the board of a $1.7 billion private company, where he chaired the global strategy, governance, and mergers and acquisitions committees, and on the board of a $4 billion healthcare system, where he chaired the compliance and audit committee.
