J. Frank Brown serves on the board of The Home Depot, where he chairs the audit committee, and is president of the board of the Cathedral of St. John the Divine. He also serves on the boards of Asia Society, Bucknell University, and Bethel Woods Center for the Arts.

Brown retired from General Atlantic after serving as partner and chief operating officer. Earlier in his career, he was global audit and advisory leader at PwC and dean of INSEAD.
