Board: Penn State M&O Smeal Advisory Board

Emma Pirchalski is an AI strategist and governance expert who helps organizations build practical, responsible approaches to artificial intelligence. She serves on the NACD Texas TriCities Partner Advisory Council, helping advance boardroom discussions on innovation, technology, and oversight.

At KUNGFU.AI, Pirchalski leads engagements that help organizations design and implement AI strategies and governance frameworks, align AI initiatives with business priorities, and build the organizational foundations needed to scale AI responsibly. She has developed AI governance programs for Fortune 500 companiesand advises executive teams and boards on integrating AI oversight into broader corporate governance structures.

Through her work with NACD, Pirchalski has trained hundreds of corporate directors, from Fortune 50 boards to small, local nonprofits, on AI strategy, governance, and the value of AI.

A proud Penn State alumna, Pirchalski also serves on the Smeal College of Business Management Board and the Ethics Center Early Career Council.
