A business leader in Silicon Valley’s tech sector for more than 30 years, Elisa Steele has broad experience across consumer and enterprise businesses. She’s led transformations to scale, growing and driving impact across organizations large and small.

Steele currently serves on the board of directors of public and private companies, including Bumble as compensation committee chair, JFrog as compensation committee chair, Nextdoor as lead independent, Procore Technologies as nominating and governance committee chair, and Tonal.

She formerly served on the boards of Amplitude; Splunk, acquired by Cisco; Cornerstone, serving as chair; and the global advisory board for Salesforce.

Steele has also served as CEO and board chair at Namely and previously served as CEO at Jive. Prior to Jive, she held leadership positions at Microsoft, Skype, EVP, Yahoo, and NetApp.

Steele earned her MBA from San Francisco State University and her bachelor’s degree the University of New Hampshire.
