Dominique Shelton Leipzig is CEO of Global Data Innovation, a legal advisory firm for data leadership. She helps clients decide when to scale, fix, or stop an AI use case, drawing on a proprietary database of 1.4 million weighted AI, privacy, and cybersecurity attributes.

She has served as California regulatory counsel to Clearview AI, advised one of the largest payments applications during a period of rapid growth, and counseled Microsoft on AI technical documentation. Representing the California Chamber of Commerce, she negotiated key California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA) provisions with the legislature.

Shelton Leipzig built the practice over 30 years inside Perkins Coie and Mayer Brown before spinning it off. She has trained more than 50,000 executives and members of the California bench, and founded the Digital Trust Summit, known as "Digital Davos."
