Dede Orraca-Cecil is a partner at Egon Zehnder where she serves the firm’s Board, CEO, and Leadership Advisory Practices. She advises boards, CEOs, and senior executives on recruitment, team effectiveness, leadership development, change management, and organizational design. An Aspen Institute fellow, she focuses on helping companies translate inclusive leadership principles into practical strategy and implementation.

Before joining Egon Zehnder, Orraca-Cecil was a principal in the healthcare practice at Tapestry Networksand an associate at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom. She also worked in global health, development, and foreign policy with the World Health Organization and the Clinton Foundation.

Orraca-Cecil serves as board chair of Seed Global Health and as a director of Partners In Health, where she chairs the talent and compensation committee. She holds degrees from Columbia University, Yale University, and Williams College.
