Darren Moskovitz is a managing partner of Meridian Compensation Partners and head of the firm’s New York office. With more than 25 years of consulting and financial industry experience, he advises organizations on executive compensation, incentive plan design, governance, regulatory developments, and long-term compensation strategy. His work includes advising leading asset managers and global financial institutions on compensation and rewards programs.

Prior to joining Meridian, Moskovitz was the global head of Total Rewards at Citadel and Citadel Securities. Earlier, he was a managing director and leader of the Global Financial Services industry group within Willis Towers Watson’s Talent and Rewards segment.

A frequent speaker at national conferences on compensation related topics, Moskovitz holds an MBA in corporate finance from Fordham University and a BS in mathematics and economics from Dickinson College.
