Board: RSM US LLP

Christina Churchill is the enterprise operations leader for RSM US LLP. She leads and integrates a broad portfolio of operational functions, drives operational excellence, leads transformation initiatives, and fosters a culture of continuous improvement.

Churchill served on the RSM US LLP Board of Directors, as the governance committee chair and on the finance, strategy, CEO, and member matters committees. She previously was a member of the Walsh University Alumni Board Committee. She has served on a variety of RSM committees to help develop the next generation of leaders, particularly in technology. Churchill was recognized for her leadership skills as one of Consulting magazine’s 2020 Women Leaders in Technology and 2024 Top Consultants Diversity Champion.

A passionate, team-oriented leader, Churchill possesses versatile skills spanning finance, operational procedures, IT, and accounting. She has cultivated and maintained meaningful relationships with clients and internal teams, empowering them to succeed and excel personally and professionally.
