Board: Women Corporate Director Foundation

Anne C. Zavarella is coleader of the KPMG Board Leadership Center (BLC), which champions outstanding corporate governance through director-focused insights, programming, and timely thought leadership on emerging issues. She is a board member of Women Corporate Directors Education and Development Foundation, Inc, and a frequent speaker on board governance and audit committee issues.

During her 25-year career at KPMG, Zavarella has served as lead audit engagement partner, SEC reviewing partner, professional practice partner for the Great Lakes business unit, and audit sector leader for Industrial Manufacturing. She has led some of the firm’s largest and most complex global engagements, including the audit of one of world’s largest IPOs.
