Ana Dutra is a veteran board director, two-time CEO, and Fortune 250 executive. She brings more than 30 years of governance, operational, and P&L leadership experience, building multibillion-dollar businesses through organic growth, M&A, technology transformation, and enterprise risk management.

Dutra has held CEO and senior executive roles across more than 25 countries served on public-company, private-company, private-equity-backed, and family-owned company boards. She has chaired boards and led nominating and governance, compensation and human capital, strategy, and technology committees.

She currently serves on the boards of Pembina Pipeline, CarParts.com, Aldel Financial II Inc., and Tredegar Corp., as well as the Latino Corporate Directors Association and Yoga Alliance. Dutra is NACD Directorship Certified and serves on the faculty of NACD, the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, Kellogg School of Management, and Fundação Dom Cabral. She holds a master's degree in economics, a law degree, and an MBA from Kellogg.
