Amy Rojik is the managing principal of corporate governance within BDO’s National Professional Practice, founding and leading the firm’s Center for Corporate Governance. With more than 33 years in the auditing profession, Rojik is deeply committed to elevating leading governance practices that strengthen board oversight, audit quality, and confidence in the capital markets. She works closely with boards and committees, financial executives, and governance organizations to share practical insights and leading practices through thought leadership, tools, educational programming, podcasts, director forums, speaking engagements, surveys, and governance resources.
Rojik is a dedicated supporter of NACD’s mission, contributing at the national and chapter levels across the US She currently serves on the board of the Association of Audit Committee Members, Inc., is NACD Director Certified, holds an International Board Director Competency Designation (IBDC.D), and has been recognized as a NACD Directorship 100 Governance Professional in 2024, 2025, and 2026.
