Amy Jennings is a partner at Aon, where she leads the North America Executive and Board Advisory practice within the Human Capital Solutions. Jennings works with both management teams and compensation committees on all areas of executive compensation and corporate governance, including compensation philosophy and strategy, competitive benchmarking, corporate governance, evaluation and design of short- and long-term incentive plans, CEO performance evaluations, transactional support, and board of director compensation design.

Jennings is a frequent speaker at national and regional forums, including the Chicago Compensation Association, National Directors Institute Executive Exchange, NACD, and the Bain Executive Network Forum.
