Agnes Bundy Scanlan has a long and distinguished career in government and corporate sectors. She is CEO of The Cambridge Group LLC, a risk management and professional coaching firm.

She is chair of the Truist Nominating and Governance Committee and serves on the risk and executive committees. Scanlan also chairs the AppFolio risk and compliance committee and serves on the audit and nominating and governance committees. She chairs the iCapital Audit and Risk Committee.

Previously, Scanlan served as chair of the NewTower Trust Audit and Compliance Committee and as chair of the compliance and risk management committee of R1RCM. She was also vice chair of the Smith College Board of Trustees.
