Neill advises EY on US and global policy developments that affect EY, the profession, and capital markets stakeholders. Her efforts include coordinating globally and across service lines to gain perspective and formulate EY public policy strategies, with an emphasis on stakeholder engagement. She has more than 25 years of US and global public policy experience, working closely with US and foreign authorities,
regulators, and private sector representatives to formulate strategic policy initiatives. Prior to joining EY, she held various roles in financial regulatory policy spanning several US government agencies, including the Securities and Exchange Commission, the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System, and the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board. Neill holds a master’s in public policy from
Georgetown University and a bachelor’s from McGill University.
