Come prepared to be a contributor -- research the history and culture of the organization you are joining.

What's the most memorable trip you've ever taken?

Circumnavigating the South Island of New Zealand on a BMW motorcycle.

Gravitas, sense of purpose, keen understanding of Fiduciary Responsibility, team player.

If you could instantly become an expert in any skill or subject, what would it be?

Land conservation and/or golf

If you always tell the truth, you never have to remember what you said.

What's the most interesting or unusual job you've ever had?

During a summer session at college, I rode night-shift shotgun in an ambulance owned by a local funeral home.

Teddy Roosevelt -- just to hear his stories first-hand.

What's your favorite way to relax and unwind?

Clearing ashe juniper (cedar) and other invasive species from ranchland in the Texas Hill Country.
