Zach Georgeson is a managing director and the co-leader of WTW’s Executive Compensation and Board Advisory practice in North America. He has over 22 years of consulting experience and frequently leads compensation committee and management assignments at large public and private companies. Georgeson focuses on developing pragmatic compensation strategies and designing annual and long-term incentive systems for key executives who drive business results. He also routinely advises boards on corporate governance issues. Georgeson frequently advises many of the largest and most complex restructuring matters in the country and often testifies in bankruptcy court as an expert witness on incentive and retention plans. He has been quoted in numerous publications on executive pay issues and authored a variety of executive pay articles.
