Ms. Skerritt is a Non-Executive Independent Director on the boards of Citibank Europe plc, where she serves as the Chair of the Remuneration Committee; Tanger, Inc., where she serves as the Chair of the Audit Committee; and, IG Group plc, where she serves as the Chair of IG North America. She previously served on the boards of Community Bank Systems, Inc.; Royal Bank of Canada US Group Holdings; VEREIT; and Falcon Group. 
 
Ms. Skerritt’s successful 35-year financial career included leadership roles with premier banking institutions. Most recently, she was the Chairman, CEO, and President of Deutsche Bank Trust Company, Deutsche Bank’s U.S. commercial banking entity.

Ms. Skerritt also serves as a Life Trustee of the Hamilton College Board of Trustees and as a Trustee of the Village of Saltaire on Fire Island. She served as the Vice Chairman on The Brooklyn Hospital Center’s Board of Directors. 
 
Ms. Skerritt has an M.B.A. in Finance & International Business from NYU and a B.A. in Economics from Kirkland (Hamilton) College.
