Sandra Lopez combines Fortune 100 experience with entrepreneurial agility and expertise in board governance. She is sharply focused on leveraging marketing innovation and inclusive growth to drive long-term value and purpose-driven leadership.
As the CEO and founder of Ambi Ventures, she serves as a fractional chief marketing officer (CMO) for a diverse portfolio of companies, from startups to mid-size corporations, while also leading investments in culture-driven businesses spanning sports, media, fashion, and tech. Her expertise lies in identifying emerging market opportunities, shaping go-to-market strategies, and navigating critical inflection points.
At Microsoft, she served as general manager and CMO of Microsoft Ads, where she was an architectural leader in accelerating market penetration. Previously, at Intel, she pioneered the company’s entry into immersive media and managed both Intel Studios and the wearable business for the new technology group. Her earlier positions include director roles in corporate marketing at Adobe, Computer Associates, and Macromedia.
As an independent board director for PureRed, Lopez successfully led the company through a strategic exit. She also contributes to the technical committee for Junior Achievement USA and reflects her deep commitment to ethical leadership as the co-chair of the Sports Integrity Global Alliance.
She is a committed advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion, particularly in advancing women and Latinx/Hispanic professionals in tech, with her work featured in outlets such as CNN, Cosmopolitan, Fast Company, Elle, and NBC News.
