Roselyn is a principal in the People Advisory Services practice at EY and the Work Reimagined solution leader.  She has over 30 years of experience with EY, Aon, Towers Perrin and PwC serving clients in a range of industries including healthcare, financial services, manufacturing, pharma/ biotech, technology, and utilities. Roselyn specializes in workforce organization, and total rewards strategy, transformation, wellbeing, mergers and acquisitions and all aspects of culture, change management and communications work. Roselyn has led a range of thought leadership studies on human capital and rewards issues Her most recent study is the 2024 Work Reimagined study of 17k employees and 1500+ employers and is the 5th in its series. 

In addition to hear client work, Roselyn is a frequent speaker at conferences and webcasts on the future of work, workforce analytics, total rewards, financial wellbeing, and aging workforce at leadership events including AICPA, Conference Board, World at Work, EY webcasts and industry events.

Roselyn has a Bachelor of Science in Actuarial Science from College of Insurance St. John’s University (1993), is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries (2000).
